Nice chair, sturdy well made - Advertised as leather on Amazon, advertised as Bonded leather on other sites -regardless, for the price it is a nice chair, but it is BONDED leather - Sits well and is very sturdy, the chair is a little darker in color than the picture shown - I use this chair in my music room when I sit to play guitar - perfect for this -Light enough to bring into another room if needed for extra seating - Not a large bulky chair -I will order another of these chairs to have a matching pair, didn't to begin with only for quality concerns with ordering furniture on-line -The chair is made in CHINA - Comes in a large box, the legs are the only things not attached - They screw in the bottom - Very easy and very secure -Overall a good purchase for the price -
